Month-Of Coordination

An event coordinator is essential to the success of any event! We come along side of you and help to make sure all the hard work that you put into planning your dream wedding becomes a reality. We alleviate a lot of stress from your wedding day so that you can enjoy the day to the fullest and be a guest at your own wedding.

You will receive:

  • One in-person consultation

  • One venue-site walkthrough

  • Unlimited phone + email consultations

  • Wedding Rehearsal Coordination (1 hr)

  • Creating of Event Timeline for Event Vendors

  • Creating Ceremony + Reception Layout Map

  • Review Vendor Contracts + Communication with All Vendors

  • Coordinate Ceremony and Reception (up to 12 hrs) - includes decor setup and breakdown, vendor and timeline management

Partial Planning

Our Partial Planning Package is ideal for the couple has gotten part way through their planning process and decides that they need more assistance. I come in wherever you are in your planning process and assist you in with whatever is left to take care of.

  • Included in this package is everything from the Month-of Coordination Package

  • Assist with Wedding Design Concept

  • Development of Floor Plan and Seating Chart

  • Vendor Recommendations + Assist in Negotiations

  • Review of All Vendor Contracts

  • Monthly Planning Meetings

  • Negotiating + contracting any needed hotel room blocks

  • Attendance at three final vendor meetings of the couple’s choice

Full Planning

Our most extensive planning package covers the planning logistics, full design and styling, and complete vendor communication and management. With our guidance, support and knowledge we will help you achieve a beautiful wedding on any budget!
